What are Short-term Rentals (STR)?
These properties are typically single-family residential homes that can be modified and permitted for vacation rental use (less than 28 days). These can often be referred to as "Airbnbs" or "VRBOs" although those terms really refer to the common online travel agency or booking sites, and not the property itself.
Where do you currently invest?
We currently invest in properties that are located within a couple of miles (or less) of Glacier National Park's western entrance in West Glacier, MT.
